Ethiopia Guji Highlands coffee is a premium single-origin coffee from the Guji Zone in Ethiopia. Grown at altitudes between 1,800 and 1,950 meters above sea level, this coffee is cultivated in natural, semi-forest areas, ensuring rich and fertile soil. The beans are processed using the natural method, which enhances their complex flavour profile.
The Guji Highlands coffee is cultivated using traditional methods, ensuring that only the ripest cherries are harvested by hand. The cherries are then processed using the natural method, which involves drying them on raised African beds for 15 to 21 days. This meticulous process enhances the beans’ complex flavours and ensures uniform drying. The beans are sorted multiple times to remove any defective ones, ensuring only the highest quality beans make it to the final product.
