The depth of flavour comes from an anaerobic fermentation process, where the coffee cherries are carefully sealed and fermented without oxygen for four 90-hours. This method enhances the natural sugars and draws out unexpected layers, providing you a smooth and vibrant cup that has deep and complex flavours.

The farm is run by Sebastian Muñoz Duque, who bought the land with his mother in 2016. With a background in green coffee exporting, Sebastian knew how to elevate quality from the ground up. He’s introduced high-value processing methods like Honey and Natural styles, helping the farm gain attention for its standout results. The first small release from this lot sold out quickly, a reflection of the care and precision behind every step.
