Shipping Area

  • We ship to addresses within Canada. However, we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Partners

  • All packages are shipped with ClickShip through their carrier partners like FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, and Canpar.

Order Processing

  • We strive to ship your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to roast, pack, box and schedule a pickup with your chosen shipping provider.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking & Communication

  • First email: We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you purchase online.
  • Second email: We send out a second order fulfillment email when your coffee is roasted, packed, boxed up and attached a shipping label.
  • Third email: Along with the order fulfillment email, you’ll also receive a tracking information email directly from ClickShip.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • You can pick a carrier based on your preference, rate, and delivery time.
  • We offer FREE shipping across Canada on all orders over $75.
  • Subscriptions are shipped through the same carrier you selected initially.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery time estimates provided at checkout are from the shipping providers and may be affected by weather or other unforeseen conditions.
  • If you have received tracking information by email, this means the package has been scheduled for a pickup. Most of the time, carriers take an extra day to pick up packages, so please add at least one additional business day to the shipping estimate.
  • Typically, it takes between 5-7 business days for orders to reach our customers’ homes — and that’s usually the perfect amount of time for the beans to rest!

Issues with Shipments

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds due to any delays or errors caused by the shipping company. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, lost or stolen packages, or errors made by the shipping company. To check your shipment’s estimated arrival time, use the tracking number provided on the shipping company’s website. For further help, please contact the shipping company directly.
