We’ve been busy at the roastery the past couple of weeks, test‑roasting a bunch of incredible new coffees from Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Honduras; a mix of natural, honey‑processed, and washed lots. Some are classic, some are a little wild, and all of them are tasting delicious. They’ll start rolling out in a couple of weeks, with a mix of limited drops and longer‑running menu additions.
