Returns and Refunds Policy

At Red Bird Roasting, we take pride in crafting exceptional coffee experiences. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Please contact us at [email protected] before sending any items back. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Returns

• To return your product, mail it to: Red Bird Roasting, 1037 Richter St, Kelowna, BC,Canada.
• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
